Default any glory in smoking a G35?

on my way home from the gym tonight and a red newish (prob a 2002 to 2006) G35 wanted to play around with me. So Into third I went and waited for him to punch it. After I saw him get on it, I stomped it and almost emediatly jumped in front by a car, and continued to pull away.

we were going down the highway and I had to turn left to go towards my apt. He follows.

We are waiting for the red light to turn green, so he has to sit behind me for about 3 min listening to my cams

light turns green and I drive normal from first to second. Once we clear the turn I see him hit it from my rear view... so I hit it. Doesn't gain 1 " on me. I just pull hard on him.

I though those cars were decently fast.... but I guess I was wrong? He didn't stand a chance.

in a new edge GT... yeah I would say it's a decent kill

with your mods an easy kill, but same class of car in a straight line stock for stock IMO

was it a coupe or the 4 door? if 4 door, easy win. if coupe vs stock 04GT, the edge goes to the G35. Like morbid said, with your mods, wasnt even a question.

it was a coupe. I'm thinking it was newer then older because the car itself was very "rounded", as in it looked like a bubble.

Nice race, I really like those cars.....they mostly seemed to be owned by tools though, they are like the new 3 series in that respect, lol

Newer? Like a G37?

A G35 and a stock GT are pretty close. Modded, it will always go to the GT, even if the G35 is modded. Good kill OP!

The G35 really aren't that fast. I'd hope a 99-04 stang could pull out that win even stock. They are super nice looking car in my opinion.

I've never actually raced but according to my dyno numbers. I should run 8s on street tires.

No, a stock New Edge should pull a stock G35, not that it wouldn't be close.

did it look like this?

If so, it was a G37. They are a bit more of a challenge.

But yea, G35s should be an easy kill for you. I know i've taken down my fair share :-)
