The MT 295 series drag radial tire/wheel set Laura used got me easy 1.6x sixty foots earlier this year (I used my Bogarts and ET Streets so she could try the tires), so I knew Laura would get them nice and sticky. Sure enough, the first couple of runs bogged at launched--the tires were doing their job. Then it was a matter of finding the right rpms and dumping the clutch. I'm sorry I didn't have my camera in hand but she was out of the hole like a slingshot after trying that. Low 13s for sure, and I'm thinking a custom tune and longtubes might just put her into the high twelves next spring.

We have the S197 shootout in early November, and track rental at Cecil mid November, so I'm hoping Laura can get a 13.1-13.2 to close the season.

feels good to set a new personal best. It will take a while to get back there because it's one of the best times to race. Dense, cold air makes hp. Congrats

Ok Laura, i know your a girl and all, but can you at least drive the car lol? j/k i'll have to post up some launch videos for you....granted i can't see the videos at work so i'll have a look when i get home.
