Z4 beatdown... felt kind of good.

Z4 beatdown... felt kind of good.
Was on my way home yesterday, t-tops off...mullet blowing in the wind when a BMW Z4 (3.0L) came up and passed by me. The driver was the text book stereotype and his wife looked over as they passed by me. Not sure why she looked over... only two things could have gone through her mind. Either 'what a peice of ****' or 'look hunny that's what poor people drive'. Either way I was stuck behind a truck so I just watched them go past.
As they passed the truck in front of me (4 lane interstate) I slowly moved over behind them a few lengths back. At this point I was just going around the slower truck and not really thinking much of it. As soon as I moved over behind the Z4 I saw a puff of black and it started pulling. With nothing in front of us I said screw it and dropped to 3rd at about 60mph. I should have went to 2nd but it was a split second decision and I just grabbed a gear. As I ran 3rd up towards redline I was started to gain on the little thing and they moved over to the right lane and stayed WOT.... I caught 4th just behind their rear bumper and proceeded to walk right on past.
Not much of a kill I guess...but better than I usually get around here.

My dad has a 2003 z4 2.5, and hes been talking a lot of s**t about me modding my v6 stang and how his beemer is so much faster. His is stock, mine has a cai/bama tunes and 373s. Factory specs say hes at 14.5 in the 1/4 and I'm at 15.3 (stock). They are both autos, what are the chances? I feel that between the gears and the tune I can take him. I'm not a racer, so I come to you guys.
