Assuming it was truely stock.

Some people think that a tune/CAI is stock. Stock is how it came out of the factory, both hardware and software.

Hmmm.. If Evan had pulled off a 115ish pass with his stock M6 pass I wouldn't have a doubt in my mind... that MPH is a lot higher than what others are getting. Auto or not I want to see this repeated at a different track before I start giving any credit on that one.

now the 12.5 ET ...awesome and expected (aka makes sense)

I believe it's possible... The 5.0 I'm driving now feels just as quick as the ls3 vette I drove for a few days. Although mines a manual.

We'll have to wait and see once these cars start becoming more common. Realistically this car is more around 112mph car. Still pretty fast.

i know your joking, but the 3.15s in that car I believe would be like 3.31s in mine.. and 3.73s would be like 4.10s.. the 3.73s are what most of the cars we've been seeing have right? maybe from the factory they have the shift points setup perfect... we dont have enough details about this pass though. I agree we need to see more but i'm pointing out that with 4.10s my ET was lower, trap was lower. so if his et is higher and trap higher compared to the 3.73 cars.. it makes sense... i dunno what sort of added drivetrain loss we'll be seeing from that transmision.. but the 05+ s197 didn't appear to me to be too much less power on dynos from the autos.... we could always compare riptide and my dyno again for undeniable proof

I wouldn't be worried about 450rwhp on one. graygt07 on here, is making 454/439 and is at the track every weekend almost. Not sure how long he's been making that power, or racing it like that. But, I did meet him on openning day of last year at Cordova, and he's been making passes with that much power on the stock tranny since then, atleast, with no issues. I'm sure I'll see him there again tonight too. lol

3rd gear on the 05-10 auto is what tends to go bye-bye on hard downshifts with 450+ whp. Or so I've read. A tuner acquaintance of mine, K&K performance, mentioned that as well when he had his saleen setup going.

Mishri you know better than to bring up that bogus dyno crap. I've read enough and heard enough about that dyno over there to know I don't trust it for ****. Maybe to tune with but that's pretty much it.

LS3 C6's are several hundred pounds lighter, which makes the 115mph traps somewhat questionable for the 5.0 GT. But it's also possible that while peak power is similar, the GT could have a better power band, and put down more total average power. More average power is better than more peak power.
