At the track now.
At the track now. Just ran straight off the highway with no cool down and went 12.77 at 109.5 mph, 1/8th was 8.2 at 88mph. The air is awesome today and is only going to get better. Super stocks are running today too, so track prep is right. I'm going to let the engine cool for an hour and the track to warm up, and shoot for a 12.6 at 110mph. Its right around 70 degrees now, and I ran that run uncooled and with a 2.04 60'. I can pull a 1.9 out of it later. Keep you all posted.

Guys..... 12.61 at 110mph on a 1.94 short time. 1/8th is 8.13 at 88.5 mph. This can't be the norm for a lid, catback, street tuned automatic LS1. I'm speechless. I could yank the passenger seat and run a 12.5 with another cool down. I'm running low on gas though, so I'm going to bounce outta here and try again another day.

I started regretting not staying another hour to let the engine cool completely down and the air temps to drop another 6-7 degrees. It was cooling off pretty quick as the sun got lower, so a 12.5x would've been mine had I stayed.... and I was so close to taking out the passenger seat before I left!
