First Action
I'd like to preface this post by saying three things.
1. I am a horrible horrible driver in this car, and today only proved that to be truer than ever.
2. Runs clearly simulated.
3. I acknowledge the races are very short, and the video is a c- at best.
2013 GT500 - 305 sized factory tires
2013 GT intake/tune/x pipe/gt500 take offs
Both 6spds
First 'run' as I'll call it was this morning, temperatures around 40-42 degrees.
20ish mph punch had 5.0 jumping out 2-3 cars while I fought for traction through first and second. By 90ish I was starting to get traction and pull about to rear bumper but let off due to speeds.
First race, first losss
Had a couple more little skirmishes that morning with relatively similar results.
That afternoon with temps in the low 70's we raced again from a 40ish roll.
I jumped hard, baby shifted 2nd while the 5.0 pulled about even, then once I was in 2nd I pulled a car or so by 100.
Final pull was around 45 mph, I went ahead and started in 2nd gear because as I stated earlier, my driver mod is still on back order. Here is a pretty quick video.
Again, nothing special. Just a little update on where the car and lack of driver stand as of now.
99 gt vert probably has a better view as he was shot gun on all runs in both cars (not at the same time)

Figures video doesn't do anything...
I like it a LoT! But I've only got 2800 miles on it, and 95% of those have been casual driving.
It pulls so hard And climbs the rpm range so quickly compared to the 99 that I need more time getting used to the timing.

Your first mod should be tires man, it's hard to learn how to shift a car at it's full potential if the tires are spinning. To be honest I've been trying to line up a race with mrtstang off here for the past couple weeks but i'm almost positive i'll lose based on my lack of rear tires and lack of driver mod(haven't been able to get back into the swing of shifting fast since everytime I floor it the cars spinning.
