Normally I am not one to street race someone because normally I can't be bothered by those little Civics. However to day I was pulling out of the gas station and what happens this little high school kid revs his engine at me. I thought to myself wow that civic sounds bad and it looks dumb with that matt black hood.

Who is this little punk think he is trying to impress his girlfriend and car full of friends by reving his engine at a 5.0 Mustang. I just can't stand for that, so I hammer the throttle down and you can just hear the fury of her nice Coyote 5.0L screaming through the Stainless Works Retro Exhaust. So I start closing in he slow down a bit start reving his engine at me again. I get the 5.0 ready to lay the complete beat down dropping her into 2nd and hovering at 2k rpm's. He revs one last time and makes a sad dash forward and I drop the peddle to the floor and revoking his man card as I clear 4 car lengths in a few seconds.

Kid can't even look at me at the next stop light, so I gave it a few revs for good measure so he can see that torque pull the car around. Lesson learned for him if you want to provoke a 5.0 you better get a bloody turbo.

Nice. Most street driven civics are a joke. It's a different story at the track. Always 4 or 5 trapping 140 plus at Atco on any given night.

I get those Civic high school kids all the time. It's a little frustrating because they think I'm scared when I don't race, but I just don't feel like burning gas and cleaning my exhaust tips.

Cars like that I usually just let them jump out ahead to think their doing something then hawk their *** down.

Agreed. I just think to myself not today, it's not worth wasting gas and possibly getting into an accident.

for every 1 civic trapping 140 there is 90 that cant get out of their own way, my all time favorite Honda kill wasn't even in my mustang, it was in my tune only 6.0 powerstroke......with a 8000 lb bobcat/trailer in tow
