Ford Racing Suspension
I ordered the ford racing suspension kit for my 2010 Mustang, I installed the rear parts already and I am thinking about not installing the front springs since the car now sits level with the stock front springs. My question is can I just install the front sway bar and put the new ford racing struts on with the stock springs? Or is the whole kit tuned for the new springs?

Do you have a link of this kit for us?
If it is a "kit"... it will be tuned to work together and hence will not get the advertised performance only doing parts of it. My recommendation is to take it for a drive in a location you can push it HARD to see how she responds. My guess is that it may not behave as balanced as it should, but testing is believing

The handling behavior and balance will be slightly different from what the FRPP engineers built into it. Mostly this will matter more as you get up closer to the limits of tire cornering grip than most folks do on the street. I suspect what you're considering doing would result in a little more initial understeer that transitions a little faster toward neutral steer or possibly into mild oversteer as you approach mid-corner and the amount of roll has had time to develop.
The front to rear spring balance will definitely be 'off', and you may notice more front to back "head toss" over certain pavement contours or at certain speeds. This will become more noticeable as the shocks and struts age and lose some of their damping capability.
