Default Stock springs over eibach drag springs?

i have the eibach drag and lakewood shock kit suspension on my 1990 gt. The back sits low in the back and im currently sitting on 17x10 ROH rims with 275 street tires, and i get fender rub a lot but more so on the back right side. I want to fit a 26 inch et street on a set of 15x8 draglites. I know a guy with stocks springs and he fit those on with a lot of wheel gap. Vertically i can about 2 fingers if even that in my wheel wells as is currently. Rolling the fenders is one option but if there is an easier option id like to take it.

What was the question?
Were the Eibach springs ever cut down at all?

If i should stay with these springs and roll the fenders to fit the tires i want, or go with some other aftermarket springs or stock springs. Im not positive but more so no they were not cut

Adjustable lower control arms. If you need to rais the rear a little to fit tires.

I would advise against lower control arms with adjustable spring perches. With 275s on the car, you should definitely roll the fenders.

Also, FWIW, it shouldn't be sitting that low on the Eibach springs. Something's fishy.

This kit may be a solution to your issue, but it does require welding to install.

we run 275/60 15 on our car with stock spring with no issues at all with rubbing and no mods to the quarter lips. but I have beat the inner wheel wells in the pass when we ran 28/12.50 ET streets they would hit on the inside and the lips on the quarters when we would hit a hard bump or with someone in the rear seat. we have a 5.5 backspace on the weld rims we run.

i have a little recording im not sure how to upload it so you guys can get a better look. I recently had teh guys at a mustang shop check my suspension when i got my tune and they said the eibach springs usually ride like **** (very bumpy rough ride over bumps) im not sure about the front because it sits higher. Forgot if i mentioned at times if u look closely at the car from an angle u notice it sits lower on the whole right side of the car as well as sitting higher in the front. Another thing when im at a complete stop and i turn the streering wheel left and right i can hear squeeking in the wheel wells or tires. I know my front control arm bushings were almost distintegrated not sure if that could be it.
