Default fog light problem

Ever since ive had the car the fog lights never worked. The light on the switch comes on when i turn them on, but the lights stay off. Theyre also both plugged in. any suggestions on what it could be?

It is a dumb Ford design. They aren't designed to be able to take apart and replace the bulb, you are supposed to replace them. If you are careful you can get them apart, but the lens will break if you are too hard on it. I know through experience [&:]

All you have to do is remove the 2 screws on the sides of the light and then the one in the back making it a total of 3 screws to remove that will allow the glass to come off easily. then u can just replace the bulb inside but if u have the same prob i do they might not work cuz i just replaced the bulbs and fliped the switch on the console and they still dont work so im stuck now.

I have a lot of different kinds of bulbs lying around in my garage. all i had to do was just look for the right kind and replaced them. u dont have to go to the STEALER (oops i mean "dealer" no "deals" from them guys ever!!!!) just take your buld off and go to your local kragen or or shop that will sell bulds and get them for a couple buks. y spend way more for them parts? or u can go to the junk yard and take them off the old skoo 5.0's, cougars, capris (i think), t-birds, or any of them with fog lights. just open them up in there and make sure there the right ones and u can get them for a couple of cents (if u actually pay for them) lol
