Ive been looking around at what the 99 cobra 1/4 mile times and most magazines rate them at 14.1. Well my question is would this number bebefore or after the recal was done on them?

Sounds like 14.1 is before the recall because after the recall, they were right up to speed with the 01's and the 01's stock run it in 13.6-13.8. The recall included minor extrude honing the intake a bit more, getting better flow mufflers, and reflashing the computer.

I had a 99 cobra awhile ago and had it dyno'd bone stock - it put it's best run at 252 rwhp. It was terrible!

It didn't have "The Fix" then. I put down 272 stock.....

But don't forget not every 99 Cobra had the problem =). Only some had them. Your RWHP sounds like you got one without the "flaw".
