I had brought my Cobra in to Ford for some random thing with the seatbelt (that is also another known issue), and asked them to look at the clunk in my drivetrain as well... and they had to replace some parts within the pumpkin basically.. I forget all about what it is... but if you search svtperformance it should be on there...

The transmission clunk is the drivetrain.. it's a known issue... the fact that youcan't hear it anymore is just because you drowned out the sound.. but it's still happening unless it was fixed.

The ticking is probably the injectors... without hearing it, it's really hard to diagnose what the ticking really is... but you didn't answer my question; does it happen only when the a/c is on? or all the time?
IM not sure, it speeds up as the rpms raise. Il check the ac thing

Also, i notice when i turn the steering wheel it sounds like a soft vibrating. Could be power steering fluid, but im not sure. Im nervous about everything now. I noticed that the boost will shoot to 5-8 when i floor it in first, and slowly fall, shouldnt it stay at peak boost when im not shifting and at a constant acceleration?

the eaton does lose a little boost up top. it just does. the ticking could be the injectors, the dreaded head tick, or jst an exhaust leak. have you done any highspeed driving since you got the car?
