Default 1996 Mystic Cobra full correction and detail

I just finished a full correction and detail of a friend's 96 Mystic Cobra. She came out pretty nice, thought you guys might be interested in some pictures (OK, a whole lot of pictures!)

Well I had the luxury of two weekends, and a week with Independence Day smack in the middle. Took Thursday and Friday off as well, and just got done with this car. It was very rewarding, the swirls weren't too bad for my PC to correct them. I'll also drop a photo bomb now for those that had asked for "lots of pictures"!!

PROCESS:
Strip wash w/ Dawn;
Adams clay bar (just the front, hood and windshield, rest was OK);
Adams Severe Swirl Remover and Green pad (on tops of doors and fenders only);
Adams Swirl & Haze Remover and Orange pad;
Adams Fine Machine Polish and White pad;
Adams Super Machine Sealant and Grey pad;
Adams Brilliant Glaze;
Adams Americana paste wax.

BEFORE AND AFTERS:

AND THE FINAL RESULT:

I managed to get this shot on the rear bumper showing off the green, purple AND gold in the paint:

Now my friend tells me she's debating whether to keep the Cobra as an investment or whether to sell it...

Easily the cleanest 96 I've ever seen. Great work!

You did a great job, I hope you got paid well for that.
You should be proud of the end result!

Well, I did it as a favor so no, I didn't get paid well but I sure am proud of the end result! Now I have to try and get my own car's paint in the same condition ;-)
