Hello, I tried to smog my 1998 Cobra Mustang and the mechanic told me that he couldn't find the Evaporative Emission Return Canister and because of that it failed the test. I told him that it was behind the front wheel on the passanger side of the car. I've smogged this car twice since I've owned it and no one has had a problem with it being there. Has anyone else experienced this problem while smoging their Mustangs?
