Is this only for the 2015?

Awesome, thank you for the tip! I'll have to investigate a bit and I will be sure to not mess with screen calibration. I have not seen a thread for the 13/14 (or even 2011+) so this might be a good time to start one for Hidden / Secret / Little known features such as this one.

OP, sorry for the hijack!

I have made about a 20 attempts to do this on my '13 GT/CS with the Shaker Pro / 1000 / whatever....with no luck.

I was using the physical buttons on the stack for right seek and eject. All it did was try to eject the disc 1/2 the time (no disc was loaded).

ugh, I was being too general. what I said works for cars/trucks with MyFord Touch (SYNC Gen.2.) For your car (you have SYNC Gen.1+,) you want to press and hold preset buttons 3 and 6.

Does holding the reset button on startup bring up a diagnostic menu in the 2015 as well? I know with my 14 if I hold the reset button for about 10 seconds on startup I can access a menu showing lots of information, and some of it is actually useful too! It shows coolant temp in Centigrade is why I have used it, it has a digital mph and tach too, I know it shows fuel level in each tank, but I don't remember what else.

Might be worth trying

That did the trick, thank you!

Any idea why Ford sticks it to Mustang owners by not offering the MFT all these years - at least with the Premium models?

MyFord Touch only works on a newer electrical architecture (CGEA 1.2/1.3.) for any number of reasons, S197 stayed with the older CGEA 1.1 until its end. Probably wasn't worth the investment to tear up the architecture with only a couple of model years left.

Ask and ye shall receive. Thank you very much for the information!
