Default 08 Gt vs. GTI and M3 ???

Ok well these two kids from my town always talk about how fast their cars are. So i finally wanted to shut them up so i challenged both of them to a race at a local racing spot where i live. The one kid has a 06 Gti with only a down pipe and a stage two chip. The other kid has a BMW M3 bone stock. When i told them to race me they thought i was joking and they still think they can beat me no problem.

So i have all the mods in my sig and i will also be running bf goodrich drag radials we are going from a stop to about 1/8 mile. so what do you guys think do i have both of them

Which year M3? If is an E36 (2000-2006) those had 346hp and ran 0-60 in mid fives. With your mods you should be able to take him. The current E90 (2007- present) M3 has 414 hp with 0-60 in the high 4's and quarter in 13.1. That one may be close.

The GTI should pick up a decent amount of hp from the chip and downpipe, but with your mod list he is **** outta luck. The M3 will do a little better, but unless it's the new one, he is **** outta luck too.

The GTI is up a creek. If the M3 is an E46 then you got him and if it's an E90 then you should stay close but he will start moving out around a 100.

The VW should just bow out now! An E46 M3 should make things interesting but your mods should get you the win if you can drive.

I've never actually raced but according to my dyno numbers. I should run 8s on street tires.

Results:

- You vs. GTI = are you serious? I won't even answer this one

- You vs. E46 M3 = Victory for you
- You vs. E90 M3 = Close call, will be a driver's race up until 110ish, after that, he's gone
