Default Can you out run ugly?

A few weeks ago I ran into one of these on the highway:

I had no idea what model it was. I had to email my buddy for info. Porsche Panamera Turbo. 4.8l V8 TT, 493 hp, 516 tq. AWD and the new ones have a 7 speed PDK dual clutch transmission. Looks to be about 4100 lbs or so.

So do you think the new Mustang GT could out run this hideous eyesore?

Well I don't know that car specifically but if it has 493 horses, and the new 5.0 has 412, that difference of 81 is pretty big.....

It's AWD, which is going to eat up some hp, and it weighs over 4,000 lbs. But they claim it does 0 -60 in 4 seconds flat and has a top speed of 188 mph. It also costs $133,000.

What does Road and Track say for the 997TT, because that has the same power and is lighter.

Answered my own question. See here: http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/...urbo-road_test

I think the car is underrated. But I still think it is 10 pounds of ugly stuffed into a 5 pound bag.
