I haven't seen that one, wonder if the vette was stock. In my mustang I'd give him a 60 roll tops, my cars only good to about 126 lol....26's and 4.10's my top speed is limited. I still dont see him taking mine on spray roll or dig but I think it'd hang with mine for sure. I've surprised many people with my little focus lol. My buddy with the G8 couldn't believe how well it kept up, downpipe, intercooler and tune and who knows what the outcome would be, I'm stock power level still.

The description is claiming 377rwhp for the Vette, so he's at least full exhaust/tune/intake prob. I'm guessing he's a 118 mph car at least, so that ST should be in the same neighborhood. I've seen turbo swapped STs running just better than stock, while others are bumping 11s at 115-118 mph. Takes a good driver and a good tune. Like you said, they're not the easiest to get the power down with. Really curious how your friends turns out, should be a good run!

At the dyno day we had on saturday he put down 325/290. Everybody was putting down lower torque than they felt they should but the hp seemed accurate. The other strong big turbo car had terrible wheel spin and couldnt get a clean pull in, that one put down 373/334 and I'm sure its a 400+ whp car. Most tuned and lightly modded cars were in the 260-270whp area. One guy had a 100% bone stock car, 80k miles and put down 251/290 lol i think all the modded/tuned guys were a little sad about that.

Do you guys have a shop up there that tunes STs, swaps turbos, etc? I can't find a soul down here. Closest reputable ST guy is in Florida. All of those torque numbers do seem really low. Tune only car should be 340-360wtq. Then again, dyno numbers don't mean a thing.

Yes, Russell at dead hook Motorsports. He was with us at the dyno day and has built/ tuned most of our local guys. His shop car made close to 550 wheel. Nice dude, used to work R&D engineering for the big three and left to start his business recently

Oh, we're basically family now man lol! Going the nitrous route first. Put an X-pipe on it today. Just need tires and a nitrous kit now.

Hell yea ! Made a new set of tranny cooler lines yesterday, no leaks ! Just gotta set up an alignment and then it's tune time for me !
I would suggest nitrous outlet. I think I've mentioned my issues with nx before. The guys at n20 outlet are knowledgable and super friendly and willing to explain how their products differ
