'01 Bullitt's are cool cars. It would make for a fun DD. I know they weren't rated much more than the GT's, but the styling, suspension and brakes are nice. Surely that specific intake manifold allows it to respond better to mods..

Plus, it's not something you see everyday.

Moving forward. Slowly! Going to check up on her today. I also recommend if you get a sexy SN95. Don't turn it into a race car. LOL

If you want an awesome 2v that you'll enjoy, I'd go 01 Bullitt, H&R's, 4.10's, longtubes/bassani catback with a good tire. Once you become obsessed with it, and you will, you'll come into a bit of money and all the sudden you'll drop a coyote into it. Upon coyote completion, private message me and I'll buy it off of you.

You won't..

Thanks
Honestly, your car back in the day ( and still now!) inspired me to take another look into 2v's and their potential. The '16's look incredible and are fast as hell! I wish I could afford one as well. Never even sat let alone drive one. Lucky guy lol

Considering I only see an older Mustang worth looking at every now and then, a 2v Bullitt would surely be a unicorn lol

I test drove a 3v Bullitt and it was actually pretty nice, considering they don't look too much different over a stocker..

2011 5.0/stick shift, wrecked car sitting right at my work front lot waiting to be dismantled ( Wrecking yard ). I see it ( among other sweet rides ) and my mind wanders. So many swaps, so little time! I have actually been thinking more and more about Frankenstein swaps as well ( LS1 Volvo's, 5.0 Fox body etc. etc. )

Like a kid in a Candy store

I am guessing the automatic 2v's are junk?? I know a stall and gears would do great, as they all do with any auto car but still miss rowing through the gears!

I wouldn't call it junk, but it is what it is. Used to be a guy on here called Hangwire that had a KB auto 2V, stock stall. We went to the track and he was running 12.8-12.9 around 110. Street tires, but with a KB blower...

not bad... low 12's on a tire and less on slicks and a stall I bet

The new Cobra probaly makes that and more on E85 and a pulley swap lol
