Default BAMA TUNER (11-14 V6)??

Hello,
I have a completely stock 2012 3.7 V-6 mustang manual transmission . I was considering a Bama performance tune for my car. I'm looking to wake it up a little more. Will I notice a difference on the throttle and everyday driving? This is my daily driver. Will my gas mph go down or will I need to change the gas I use? Any information will be helpful, this would be my first mod ever used.

You can tune it for whatever octane gas you want to put in it. I got the bama tune and JLT CAI from AM and did them both together on my bone stock V6 vert and the difference was night and day. I got the 93 octane tunes and am using the premium gas. I nam using the race tune and the throttle response is now instant... and it hauls *** in the lower rpm range as it was sluggish before. I was thoroughly impressed to say the least.

Will I still be able to pass smog down the road with tune and cai?

I would think so, but the good thing about the tune is it saves your stock setup, so just tune it back to factory settings when you go for your test, then when passed, you can go right back to your tune.

I'm running the 93 R Tune also, with an Air raid CAI, and really fu---g like it, go with a tune , you will be impressed, these 3.7 s are not slow by any means, but a tune kinda give them a kick in the ***- have fun, let us know what you do

Chopper's right.. I haven't even tried the other tunes since most I've read on here said once you go with the race tune, you won't want to go back to the others, so I went straight to the race one and love it.

Question, if I put Axlebacks on, will I need to have a new tune built?

No Axlebacks do nothing for performance, therefor dont require anything. They only alter the sound.
