Default Exhaust vibration

I got a stock'06 convertible 4L auto. When I accelerate from around 25 mph I get a vibration noise from the exhaust system. It sounds like some part is rubbing on the body. When I'm cruising at any speed all I hear is the normal exhaust sound. I t only happens when there's a load on the engine, but will not happen if I step on the brakes and throttle up the engine. Had it in to Ford. They say there is nothing loose, rubbing, or misaligned. They installed the exhaust damper mentioned in one of the TSB's which didn't correct the problem. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have a fix for it?

I have the same problem i think, i got a 00 vert and put flowmaster dual exhaust on it and when i accelerate at like 3k my car kinda shakes, like the change in my center console moves around, i thought it was my tranny, but the more i drive it i can notice that its coming from the exhaust cause i never had the problem before it was installed. id recommend taking it to your local exhaust shop, have them lift it and look around .

could be the motor vibing, and moving the exhaust with it (in which stiffer mounts, or polyurethane bushings may help, if they make them for your model), or a can of sound deadener sprayed/applied underneath your car around your exhaust hangers could help 'eat' the vinrations. to what causes this on the 05 and ups, i dunno...but good luck.
