Wheel spacers and rear sway bar?

Wheel spacers and rear sway bar?
Well, I got my car lowered and the wheels look a bit more tucked in as a result. I know they didn't literally move, just the new stance enhances the narrow width a little bit more. Would 1" wheel spacers be worth buying?
Also, I'm gonna get a rear sway bar soon. Even though a used one can be had for like $30, would the Eibach sway bar kit enhance handling any more? I don't wanna waste $30 only to spend $300 2 years later or whatever. Again... $300... I don't see how their kit is so much better over stock.
***edit*** here's some pics of the car/rear end to give you an idea of how it looks or how much the spacers would help

If you don't have a sway bar at all just get a stock one off a GT, it bolts right up in about 3 minutes and makes a big difference. just puitting a stock one on makes enough of a difference to notice, its much better than spending the money on the eibach kit and if you buy an aftermarket sway bar later you can sell yours for what you paid for it they don't really go down in value.

Thanks for the complement everyone. I have 245/45/r17s all the way around. Basically just stock GT tires on the AM bullitt wheels. I don't really want to go deep dish since these tires/wheels are only about 6 months old + I can't rotate them.
