your front lights without making it illegal ?

Depends on your states laws. Typically it's legal so long as the "DOT" information is still visible.

Well i saw another mustang with blacked out lights today so i guess its cool in florida

I dont think they really care in Florida, I have seen more terds on the road down there, than nice stuff... Hell I have seen cars ion Florida with the front windshields tinted, all but a 3" strip.

it really comes down to the cop, ive had my lights sprayed with black out for like 6 months, an just last week one pulled me over an gave me a warning and it was in the day time, he said any florescent lights are illegal, i feel sorry for the wack hondas hahahahaha
