Eibach makes GREAT suspensions, so I'd slap their springs on.
With the S197's you'll need a tuner to do pretty much any performance, so if you plan to buy an intake, be prepared to buy an SCt XCal3 as well. Some of the site sponsors offer packages that include both with a tune.

You are probably better off posting in this section, where all the 4.0 cars are:
https://mustangforums.com/forum/4-0l...discussion-48/
Off the bat, I would do the following:
-CAI w/XCAL2 or XCAL3 and a tune (I like Bama tunes, his auto tune rocks)
-LCA
-Lower Control Arms
-Gears, and a LSD

How much money do you have right now?
You might just want to wait and hold out for a supercharger kit which will come with the tuner you need.
You can do the exhaust and headers without needing a tuner, its anything intake related that needs a tuner.
So if you want, get headers and full exhaust first then save for the supercharger kit for it.
I also suggest finding a GT rear end with 3.55 or 3.73 or 3.90 or 4.10/4.11 gears. You will also need to use the tuner that will come with the supercharger kit to change the gear ratio over, otherwise you will have problems.
Some will say to build your stock rear end up but its cheaper just to wait for an 8.8 with the gears you want to come along.
As for suspension Maximum Motorsports are good people to work with and have some of the best race proven parts available. Eibach are awesome for springs, H&R also make decent springs. Tokico's shocks are awesome and the Illumina's are a very good adjustable shock / strut.
Brakes, I suggest checking into a GT500 brake conversion, it will probably be cheaper than finding a complete aftermarket kit.
If you can get the complete GT500 knee assemblies from a wrecking yard you will be doing really well on your upgrade and just need to replace the springs and struts with V6 oriented springs and struts. Sell the unused GT500 stuff.
There are limitless options before you, just go after what you want.

That is true, but when you post pictures of it people will give their opinions. That is how people learn things, something that they installed, and therefore can't look at objectively can still look like crap.
