Default Deposit down need some advice fast

Hi all, I just checked out a 2004 Mustang v6 softtop. 71k miles.

I drove the car if felt alittle shaky I blamed that on the fact its a softtop, is there any thing I should be concerned with.

There was a small puddle on the drivers floor, I looked around and saw a section of the weather stripping for the drivers door lower section at firewall the metal insert showed some rust. I think the water came in thru the weather stripping.

Price? Private or dealer? Can you get a pic of the problem?

9495.00 dealer no pic taken

But all in all is the car worth the cash? it has Pony package red and tan. Top works nicely and body is straight for its age.

I believe so. I bought my 99 with 106,xxx miles 2 years ago for 7,700.

You can get the dealer to fix the weather stripping before you buy it. Does the car come with a used car warranty?

DO NOT BUY THAT CAR.. It is almost 10k, is shaky while driving, has standing water and is at a dealer that does not give any warranty.
