Default Noisy exhaust

I have an exhaust leak on my car. its a 94 v6 w/ 117K. I'm not exactly sure where it is but it makes my car sound like an old jeep. I think its up near the exhaust manifold. Is this common? Can if replace the gasket myself? How long does it take? I've done a few things by myself like a brake job.

Thanks

If it's stock exhaust. I would say just buy some true duals. Take offs of a GT is a Great price!

i had a weld break at the first cat coming off the headers and you could only see it if the car was jacked up and you crawled under with a flashlight. the right half was uncatted and unmuffled and i could smell the fumes (thats how i knew it was before the cats) long story short, i had to unbolt my catback, remove the entire Y pipe assembly, and then have my uncle weld the pipe back where the weld broke.
