Thumbs up What do you guys think about the Axle Install kit? M-4050-B

Here is the link: http://www.lethalperformance.com/03-...ion-kit-p-5524

I have been looking for upper diff ear bushings for Aprils 01' GT rear end before I put it in the 96'.

The two bushings have ranged from $33 dollars up.
Maximum Motorsports has the older P/N for $35 for the pair while Ford wants $80 for a pair now with the updated P/N but Tousley has them for about $55 shipped.

So I started googling the part number to try to find them cheaper, I came by a thread that had a ref to an axle install kit that had the bushings and some extra's.

I found for $35 dollars I could get the OEM Bushings, 4oz of friction modifier and two C clips.

Seems like a win win there.

So I started looking around for a few more prices, they all averaged around $35 -40 bux with some spikes of about $80 dollars.

Then like a pair of glowing red hot headers I saw "$12.95" from Lethal Performance!

Ok, so shipping was $8.88 but I got 65 cents off for being a SVTPerformance member.

So my grand total is $21.18 and I get friction modifier too! Cant beat that.

I will let you guys know what I think about it when it gets here, anyone out there have any experience with the Ford Racing M-4050-B kit?

Whelp I got a call a little while ago, Lethal is back ordered for 3+ weeks.

They refunded my payment, I have to say though that it was nice to get a call and refund the same day. There are a lot of places that will leave you hanging the entire back order time without letting you know.

I guess its time to use my Summit Bucks. lol

Ya know what, I am pretty pissed right now.

SummitRacing price matches other companies so I told them about Lethal and that they were $21.18 shipped.

Well they pulled lethals site up and now the part is $34.95 and guess what? THEY ARE NOT BACK ORDERED ANYMORE! Lets not forget that you STILL have to pay for shipping, so that would make that part $43.83, summit has it for $32.95 with free shipping and

So Lethal, what happened to all that BS you told me about being 3 weeks back ordered?
And they still have not refunded my money....

Anyways, I take back what I said about it being nice of them to let me know so soon that the part was not in stock, that whole song and dance was just to cover their pricing mistake.

At least tell the truth and say "Hey, we missed an update for that item, sorry." and not try to cover it up with a lie.
