Default Replaced radiator support after impact and now car wont start

I have an 03 mustang v6 that i am fixing for my g/f after she ran it into a guard rail. Got it all put back together and it wont start. Battery charge is fine, jumped the starter and it started right up. Replaced the ignition switch all to no avail. Oh yeah changed out the relays and nothing. The car doesn''t even turn over but i can hear everything turn on (i.e. fuel rail and such). Any ideas, im entertaining the neutral safety switch or maybe the cylenoid.

There is a kill switch in the trunk in on the left side near tail light. Have you tried pressing the button it it? It is called the inertia switch, kills the fuel pump.
Oh, nm I missed the not turning over bit.... Neutral safety switch would be a good place to start.

It can't be the inertia switch, if that was tripped he wouldn't be able to jump the starter and the car run, the pump wouldn't be supplying fuel. Sounds more like something has been shorted or cut in the harness from the wreck.

Have you checked all the fuses? A visual inspection is not a good test. I've had fuses that looked OK but were blown. Pick up a fuse tester for a couple bucks at your local auto parts store, or use a multi-meter and test your fuses.

When you jumped the starter and it started up & ran, how did you jump it? Where did you connect the jumper wires. Successful jumping would suggest a wiring or relay problem. Since you changed the relay out, that leaves a wiring problem and which wires to start looking at depends on which ones you bypassed in order to jump the starter.

Did you change out the blue box on the trans hump behind the dash?
Pretty sure that has to be changed out too after the bags are blown.
