Default Pacesetter longtube headers

Hey guys my girlfriend got me the loudmouths for Christmas. I loveeeee the sound of them but I just had them installed.... No good. I have the high flows with a fab'd h pipe and its a true dual. I know it has to do with me replacing the stock cats. V6 5speed
Right now it's back to being a SUPER rice burner. Two fast to furious style haha.
I was wondering if I buy these pacesetters from AM will it help me out from being a rice burner? I don't care if the paint looks bad or blah blah blah about it. I'm trying to go cheap on this project. I know everyone recommends the MAC lts but I can't find them for as cheap as 204.
Thanks

You can't have loud on a v6, the louder it is the worse it sounds, no exceptions, you might could get away with having some resenators added into the system to quite it down and give it a rumble but all long tubes are gonna do is open up the exhaust more and make it sound worse.

I have the slp loudmouths on which are resenators which only opened more airflow out.

Slp's are overkill. Magnapacks are the same way, and I ran those for a very short time. MAC lt's, with a catted h-pipe and standard magnaflow gt catback are the ONLY way to go.

i was thinking about getting the Mac o/r h pipe pro chamber. im wondering if that'll take away alllllll the raspy rice burner sound from my current set up. the only thing is is that i have 2.25" pipes not 2.5"

You have to add cats to the h-pipe, I recommend Magnaflow cats. Without cats it's terrible.

Hate to say it but I think flows probably give the best sound on a v6 and I hate flows but my buddy has a 2011 v6 with flows and lt's with off-road x-pipe. It's sounds better than most but its still going to sound like a loud v6 no matter what you install.
