Actually, the 99-april 00 production(early 00) cars are externally balanced and the may 00-04 production (late 00) v6 cars are internally balanced.

Power level will depend on which boxed upper you use. With my design, customers were seeing over 12 hp per psi gain (some as many as 15, which was putting centri set ups to shame). There were no heat soak issues.
Some of the other designs were less effecient, they saw 8-10 hp per psi.
As Alex said, you'll most likely want the UDP to slow down the blower on a stock motor. Fuel and your other questions he nailed as well.

Hoping i could get your input on this lilroush
Yeah...saving up for that adapter plate right now.
I read your how to / discussion thread. I am glad to hear about the heat soak mot being an issue...have heard that it is...but seeing as how your the man on this topic i take your info as the correct answer.
Thanks for taking all the time to do this work and reasearch. I hopefully will be making use of an m112 swap this coming spring.

I haven't given up on Sn95s, I just moved onto other things. SN95s still remain my favorite generation, but they're also getting old, and old cars bring old car problems. With my job, I can't afford that, and I don't mean money wise, I mean time. I can't afford to have a car randomly break down or give me constant odd ball issues because the parts are just old and worn. I travel a bit with my job being a territory manager, and I need a car that's reliable without question. That's why I went to the S197s. Also being married I needed my wifes car to be the same, so we got a new one equipped with full warranty and everything. Depending on the specs of the new S550 platform I may get one of those as to me they look like an evolution of the Sn95s that add back in some of the retro cues from the older mustangs.
