Get on the interstate get to about 50 mph right side of hood starts shaking like crazy it said cylinder 2 misfire changed the plugs,wires,coil pack went away for a min, then came back shaking harder than ever, also when I accelerate fast a loud thunk comes from underneath the car passenger side. Any help ? Opinions? Anybody?

Need to tow it to a shop and have a professional look at the engine block itself. It could still be due to some kind of electrical issue, or it could be a problem with the internals of the engine.

mine was having trouble with cylinder 2 also and changed the coil pack still did it same code so i changed the pack again and was alot better then i changed the mass air sensor and purred like a kitten so you can buy bad coil packs also im getting great gas mileage now
