I have a 97 Mustang V6, and thinking about adding a hitch to it, to haul a 4x6 ,4x8,5x8 6x8 maybe, Not really set on a size yet Enclosed trailer.
I want to be able to haul a 450 sized 4 wheeler sometimes but mostly will be hauling my other sports gear around cause just not much room in the mustang my question is does everyone think he mustang will handle one of those trailers well and or should i get the smallest trailer i can for doing this?

and where is a good place to find hitches, should i install it myself ( bolt on type) or go somewhere what does them and get it welded on. also are the hidden hitches worth it?

I don't know about pulling that much weight with a 3.8, but I'm sure a hitch exists, I'd imagine it will require welding the hitch to the frame and cutting the plastic bumper.

Don't weld it. they7 make a bolt in kit for these cars. Uhaul is a good place to look and also Reese.

I didn't figure there were any points back there for a bolt on instillation.
