Actually the only difference is the rear end, springs and trans everything else is the same. Also does the t5 or t45 bell even mate to the 5.0?

No, you would need a transmission either way. Why not just buy a 03-04 Cobra?

The T-56 will not bolt straight up on it's own, you need an adapter belhousing.
