Default Allright, Im lost... Stalling

I got my car tuned last weekend (On that note- +35hp and 16tq on E85. woo!).

After taking it for a decent amount of miles (about 75), it started to stall whenever I come to a stop with it in gear. It seems to cruise allright, and the idle is smooth.

Heres what I have done so far:
-new motorcraft O2 sensors
-checked for any vacuum leaks
-replaced the MAF
-cleaned/tested IAC (died as soon as it was unplugged). However, it doesnt idle where I set it to in the tune(IE, 900 is 700ish and 1000 is more like 800 or 900)
-In the process of a hard ECU reset, with a fresh tune file (same one, new file)

Im at a loss on this one. It doesnt have any codes, it doesnt missfire, it just dies like the ignition or fuel are flat out cut off

Asking friends, Ive been told a few possibilities- corrupted tune file (hence the reset and new file), clogged fuel filter (had to drain tank to go E85), bad TCC Solenoid/locked(or bad) converter.

Help? anyone?

Oh yeah, specs- its a '02 3.8 with a 4R70W.

Check the simple stuff first. Believe it or not i had this happen on a focus, tried a million parts buying and returning to finally find a loose bolt that clamped the terminal end to the wires leading to the battery.

Idk why the alternator didnt keep it running when itd happen? But that fixed it

The fuel filter is a simple swap but if it were clogged then wouldn't that have an effect on performance throughout the rpm range and not just at/near idle?

What did your tuner say about the issue? My guess is just because this happened after you got your car tuned that it has something to do with the tune for your car.

all the connections are good- I ended up pulling the alternator to have it tested, and it failed. So Im going to replace that, and see where it goes from there.

I didn't know mustangs were e85 compatible?

Put the car back to normal fuel and see if the problem persists. If it doesn't then the E85 is incompatible, regardless of tune.

There are differences in some of the components in the fuel system for gas vs E85. Running E85 can destroy some of those incompatible components. If the problem continues then you know you have something really going on (perhaps components have already been damaged) or something just went wrong by coincidence.

Yes they are after you upgrade the pumps and injectors- I have a few friends using E85 in the cobras and 2v's. I cant imagine that the lines from the tank to the rail are so different in a GT vs a V6 that one would be damaged, and the other not.

alternator didnt fix it, but it charges again.

The torque convertor is locked- jacked up the rear, and it doesnt stall in gear. once it gets to a good idle, the brakes wont stop the wheels from spinning- if you stomp them, they will, and as they slow so does the engine until they stop and it stalls. So its the TCC solenoid or the TC itself.
