Question
Going with a dual exhaust would give you less horse power than a single right? I was kinda thinking of going a dual FLowmasters 40 series setup ......but I think ill stick with a single MRT muffler.

RE: Question
I heard... that the MRT has more of horsepower gain then any dual system but I also heard that the difference is minimal. So, in seems to me it's better to go with MRT for performance reasons and Duals for looks... MRT installed is still half the price of what dual cost not installed...at least in my area

RE: Question
The first start up scared me a little. I did not know if i wanted my car to always be this loud. But after hearing soo many people say how good it sounded and then watched their jaws drop when i told them it was a six...i loved it....After some time it will sound better and better. Its been 4 months for me now and everything is all good. Once you get it to fit right theres no worries. My tip to you: When installing the exhaust keep the nut that connects the muffler to the exhaust loose and also loosen up the y-pipe connection. Then put something like a 2x4 piece of wood between the pipe and the black bar right under it. Now you can tighten all the nuts and you should have enough clearance so the exhaust wont make that notorious MRT clanking noise when you hit a bump. Also make sure the tip is not touching the bumper. Best part, You will notice the performance gain.
