365,000 miles from a ford 300 straight 6 using REGULAR pennzoil 10w40. motor never used a drop of oil until the day it blew (which only happened due to a popped radiator hose and being stuck in traffic when it happened)
current motor has 200,000 and still runs great.
for the record i am using pennzoil 5w-20 full syn / k&n oil filters in my 06 GT, we'll see how it does
