First thought....Alum D/S installed!
Well went to a Local Drive shaft/Axle company and told them what I wanted. They seemed to be very recptive and were more than willing to help me.
The did the measurements, pulled the specs and ordered the parts. Two days later they called and had it ready. I went and got the install and.....
Before I go into that: I wanted to say that the owner of shop told me that 4" is more than adequate for our cars. I've heard due to clearance issue we should go with a 3 1/2" but after the measurements the pinion flange and mounting brackets that equal 4 1/2" so even if there is a 3 1/2 shaft you still will have issues anyway.
The only issue with the install is moving the Ebrake line 1/2 but the D/S mounts right up and is really easy.
Thougths....I haven't had much time with it but it is more smooth and has more TQ thru out the ride. It isn't "overwhelming" as I thought it would be but has some advantages and is more safe. BTW the weight is amazingly different. I didn't get to weigh it but by hand it had to be 15-20 LBS different and for those who haven't seen it, the stock shaft just looks dangerous.....and cumbersom.
If intrested in one PM and I'll give you the details. It is worth the money in my opinion! on the safety factor alone!

Ok since everyone is only concerned about the price (seeing as that is the most imoportant thing) I paid $385 for it.
But hey the ride is great and the power is there when I need it. I'm not trying to sell it here fellas only give some advice and my opinion about a cool product.
