There may be dust behind the lens, clean them and get a tube of clear silicone from home depot or somewhere. and check round the bulb socket, make shure its sealing tight.

I have the GT fogs now and they dont fog up idk if that makes a difference.

There is moisture inside.
It comes from shutting off a heated fog light in humid
conditions. The case cools off and draws cool moisture
laden air in thru the vent on the fog light housing.
Dont use your fog lights in foggy conditions and they
wont fog up when shut off.
