I have the SHR louvers. If you are mechanically inclined and have a garage that's at least 60°, you can do it yourself. SHR does give instructions and there are some on here with pictures in the "HOW TO" section.
Since my car was in the shop for service, I let them install it.

I kept the glass and plan on using them as windows for an office once the extra garage is built.

Cool, are they "solid" as in....I guess what I'm asking is do you feel it would be easy for them to be popped out with a screwdriver (3m tape)? Or are the bolted/screwed somehow?

I think once theyre in, theyre staying there. I believe you silicone them in...Not too sure but, I'm sure you can't just pry them out. I'd get those if I had to do it again....Just sayin

Yes, they are definitely solid. They are installed exactly the same as if it were glass. In order to take the louvers out, you have to use the same procedure as removing the glass.
Many installers use 3M One-Step Adhesion Promoter then they use 3M Urethane Window Sealer / Adhesive.

I thought the rear quarter windows were the same too. I wonder why SHR has ten dollars added to "10+" sets...
