If you've taken all those steps then it could also mean you could have bad/bent rims, or maybe flat spotted tire(s)? Not sure if those problems would cause vibrations at only those particular speeds like you said, but it's a possibility- if this persists I would contact AM and ask them what they can do to help fix this for you.

What kind of tires? Are they directional?
All seasons?
Summer tires?

They are summer tires, but I rarely drive my girl, and when I do it's usually around 90 during the afternoon, don't know if that would still be a factor. Oh and yes they are directional.

A RoadForce balance will identify tire and wheel defects that do not show up on a standard spin balance. I had new wheels and tires that were perfect on a spin balance but on the road I felt like one tire was oblong. A follow-up RoadForce balance identifed a tire with a defective belt.

Alright, I'll see about doing that next.

Also called AM again, was told the tires are hub centric and not lug centric like I was told last time. The guy had no clue what to do in regards to my problem, and when I asked him about a roadforce he just went on to the whole "we'll replace the tires if they are defective" thing.

Something is wrong with yours.
And all the other fords you have owned.
The front end should not 'shake' at speed.

Short of having the tires rebalanced, you have
taken all the steps to determine that it is the tires/rims.

A shake or shimmy at the wheel is not going to have anything to do with how new your calipers look, but it does sound like you might have a problem there. Did you do as others recommended and get it road force balanced? What tire pressure are you running, your status bar says you have an 05 how many miles do you have on those tires?
