HVAC Blower Motor Inop

HVAC Blower Motor Inop
Hi everyone, I am new to the forums. My dad has a 2007 v6 that we work on together. I have been trying to help him figure out the blower motor issue with his car. The blower motor at times will come on and work ok, but is mostly inop. When hvac is turned on actuators in dash can be heard moving, but no blower or air from any vents. I have replaced the blower motor resistor, blower motor relay in under hood fuse block, and the hvac temperature control module and still have same issue. I have seen in other forums where some cars had issues at the connector near in car fuse block that water may have got in. I don't think it's the problem since I checked resistance from the relay cavity to the blower motor connector power side. Resistance checked ok. I checked the blower motor connector ground and it also checked ok. I checked the blower motor relay cavity for voltage from the smart junction block with key on using a high impedance multimeter and I had 12.5 v with key on. Relay cavity also has power from fuse. Which lead me to a bad relay of hvac module. When I installed the other hvac module blower came on for 2 seconds then went off, and would not come back on. I just installed today so it may come on at some point and try to work, but we have had a lot of 100 + degree days here so the a/c is really needed. Any help will be much appreciated.
