I think somewhere around Richmond would work. I'm game as long as I don't have to work. Shift work makes it hard to have fun sometimes!

I know all about that, dude. I did it for 7 years until I got a promotion to my current job. 7am - 3pm M-F now, lol.

Does anyone know of a place near Richmond that we might be able to do a cookout and mini car show type of deal? I was on google looking for some parks and stuff but it wasn't really giving me a ton of info. I know there are a lot of beach spots around the Kilmarnock area but I dunno how everyone feels about that place. Maybe we can have the meet at a drag strip or something, lol.

I'm sure I could find a few places as I live in Richmond. An approximate number would help, but I know plenty of parking lots that holds car shows. How sweet would it be to see a lot full of Mustangs...

I'd attend a meet if it were held in Richmond, as i live there. No input on where a good place would be though I've only lived in VA since December.

never been to richmond but is there a big mall or anything there that would be easy to drive to?

Since we all agree to meet up in richmond I think I have a place and time,
Richmond Ford (4600 West Broad Street) hosts an annual cruise-in car show with food and giveaways. This year's event is scheduled for Saturday, June 11th, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Its the annual ford cruise in... I pulled the info from the PME site. Why not have a meet and all enjoy a show. I know some people in here are part of PME or SEVMC and other.
So I think this is a great shot to meet everyone.

That sounds like a great idea. All of us from the HR area could meet somewhere and drive up together, the nova guys could do the same, and then we could all meet there. I think this will work. Now if we could get everyone to respond in order to gage interest........
