I just made my own tonight that sits in the coil bezel. I just poped my coin holder out, traced it on some thin sheet metel, printed off a pic the the coin bezel that AM use to sell, taped it on the sheet metel, drilled a hole in the center, put double sided tape on it and it looks like the real deal. Ill take a pic of it and show you if you want.
