Is it calibrated for 19lb injectors?

The tune (or 'chip') is what gets calibrated to match mass-air-flow to injector flow. No MAF itself will be "tuned" to a specific injector; each will have its own air-flow/voltage curve, where a PCM or management device will use the air-flow curve to program the fuel needed.

I understand that, but there are meters sold that are calibrated to match injector size.
I've had the same meter recalibrated twice to match the injectors without a tune.

I can't use it without a tune, the lightning has different transfer functions than the Mustang, I could use Pro-M, Granitelli or BBK without a tune,
