Default A good balancer

Hi guys. Can you recommend a good tire place that has a Hunter Roadforce Balancer? I have vibration in my steering wheel after installing new tires. I've had the balancing done at a couple of places with Hunter Roadforce machines, but the vibration is still there. I know that there can be other causes of vibration, but after taking my car to the 2nd place, Big O Tires in Tarzana, the vibration is significantly reduce, however, it's still there. This leads me to think that it's not fully balanced. I'm located in Los Angeles, but I'll go to Orange County or anywhere within 1 1/2 hour radius. Thanks!
