2012 Coupe - Filling the Wheel Wells
I'm about to purchase a 2012 Coupe, and I will be driving it directly from the dealer to Tire Rack for replacement wheels/tires.
My plan is the get the Ford Racing GT Track Package wheels (19x9) and Pirelli P Zero Neros in the Tire-Rack recommended size of 245/45R19.
0) Is that going to sufficiently fill the wheel well, or will I still have to lower the car? I'm looking for reference pics if possible.
1) I looked for any reference to wheel locks, and didn't find them. I even looked on the page that described the wheel, but came up empty.

They will be wider, but cannot say if you will be happy with what you see, in terms of filling the wheel wells. Now, if your looking to "close" the gap around the tire and fender, we need to do some math:
Your OEM tires are 27.6" diameter
Your NEW tires are 27.7" diameter
... so no, they will do nothing for wheel gap If this is your goal, I recommend you lower your car, rather than INCREASE your tire diameter. I have a recient post on this very subject, so just go back through yesterday or the day prior for more information as to why.
Wheel locks..... There is ONLY ONE wheel lock I can ever recommend and been using them for well over 25 years. Gorilla lugs are excellent quality and EACH of the lugs is locking. This is far more secure than just a single lug on each wheel and the design avoids the "key" slipping off the wheel when tightening/removing them. This is a set of 26, so you have some extras and cannot recommend them highly enough

Gorilla Lugs - got it.
I finally saw a pic of a car with the Ford Racing wheels on it, and I think I'm going to get something else. I think it's going to be the 2010 Shelby 5-spoke, paired up with the Ford Racing N-Springs (1-inch lower). BTW, it's a 6cyl coupe.

You'll need lowering springs to close up the cap. It's all good though, S197s handle a TON better with lowering springs! I believe Tire Rack carries lowering springs. If not, I can hook you up.
