'13 Pony Package Wheel Corrosion
Found one wheel like this when I washed her today:
I keep the wheels clean as best I can (salty roads), but its only one wheel. Couldn't scrub it off. Would this be repaired/replaced under warranty? Didn't find much online about solutions other than trying to clean them.

I do not think Ford has to warranty this, as it looks like something caustic may have gotten on it.
That withstanding, you may want to go back to your salesperson and see if they could get Ford to take it back. It never hurts to give it a shot.
The question I would always ask is, if this happened on your front bumper cover - would it be warrantied?

Location doesn't determine the warranty, it's the problem itself. So if the wheel coating is somehow defective on batch XXX or the front bumper started peeling away then yeah...it should be warrantied.

What did you use to clean the rim with? That looks like something got between the clear coat and rim and bubbled it/peeled it off. Pressure washers or chemicals will often do that. On a new rim, I would presume it was a an improperly coated rim or contaminant that was trapped.
Instead of buying a new rim, check for Rim or Wheel repair shops. Cost a lot less to fix it than replace it.

I'll check out local shops. Thanks for the tip.
