I haven’t seen anyone knock out opponents like this since Mike Tyson’s heyday as a heavyweight boxer. And even Tyson needed a longer break in between battles than this champion Fox Body captured in the 1320video clip below.

After a win, the turbo-powered ‘Stang, owned by Shane Ward, doesn’t seem to need much time at all to recuperate before taking on another would- be challenger.

Over the past four weeks, the car known as Air Force Won has won three no-prep races: one at Kansas Dragway, another at Northstar Dragway, and one at Texas Raceway for a total take of $17,000.

A few more runs like these and Ward might have to add a “King of the South” badge onto his car as well.

Helping to deliver Air Force Won’s knockout blows on the dragstrip are a 388 ci small block, an 88mm turbo, and 20 pounds of boost, with a total output of roughly 1,000 horsepower.
