When you’re an NFL team that’s on a real winning streak for the first time in decades, you’re owned by the Fords, and you call Detroit home, it only makes sense that you’d get a custom Mustang made in your honor.
Well, that coupled with the fact it’s a pretty good marketing idea for the new Ford pony car.
The 2015 Detroit Lions Mustang, which is being given away as part of a Southeast Michigan Ford Dealers campaign, features the team’s traditional colors in a silver body with Honolulu blue rims, a stripe down the middle, and the team’s logos.
