Headlight tint
I really want to tint my headlights and foglights, and I found a nice deal from stangmods.com. So I cant decide which I want, 50% tint or Blackout? Blackout looks sick but you cant really see the headlights anymore. 50% is nice too but then again it isn't as drastic change as I want. By the way, I am going to black out my entire car (wheels, lights, tint) so this should fit in nicely.

I don't think there's a single state in the country where it is legal to tint your headlights, taillights and/ or turn signals. People do it, but it's taking a chance on giving a cop a reason to pull you over. It's OK to do the fogs though.
